For example, a 10 to 15 year-old Allen Bradley 1391 Series drive shows superior up-time versus a newer model. Replacing with new can be postponed until well into the future. With the particular model in this example, the newer drive has required far more repairs than the older drive, and the older drive may show a steady or even decreasing frequency of failure with a decrease in maintenance costs.
We are very price-conscious while pricing each product or service we offer. We want to ensure our customers are receiving our products and services for the best price possible. We compare past prices to calculate an
average in order to list an estimated price on our website so our customers know an approximate price immediately. Our prices are positioned to average between 20-30% the cost of purchasing your item new. To give additional value we also include a 1-year warranty with an average 3-5 day turnaround.
In addition to savings, we understand that every customers needs are unique with different levels of urgency. To ensure our customers satisfaction we offer many options. Items can be purchased new, re-manufactured, or as-is (products are sold as-is when the condition is unknown due to the inability to fully test the item). Products purchased as new, re-manufactured, or as-is are typically available to ship on the date of purchase.
Products can also be sent in for repairs. When we receive an item for repair our specialists will thoroughly examine and locate all current and potential future issues needing attention. Once all issues are detected they will calculate the cost of the repair, which our customer will choose to accept or deny (we will not begin repairs on equipment without consent from our customer). This evaluation process is a service we offer to our customers free of charge. The repair process has an average 3-5 day turnaround depending upon the availability of required parts.
When customers choose to utilize our exchange program, they opt to exchange an item in need of repairs for an item that has already been re-manufactured. Exchanged items can typically be shipped same day to eliminate unnecessary downtime. Customers will be charged a core credit that will be refunded when Repair Zone receives the item being exchanged.
